P217 cast iron housing, offering a strong, easy-to-install solution for industrial and agricultural machinery.

The performance and reliability of
rolling bearings are greatly affected by the mat-erials which the bearing components are made from,NSAR bearing rings and balls are made of high quality of GCr15 vacuum-degassed bearing steel.
Chemical composition of GCr15 bearing steel is basically equivalent to some representative bearing steel as the chart shown below.
Most of ball bearing cages are made of cold rolled steel sheet. And for some bearing types and special applications, cages are made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 plastic phenolic or machined brass.
The material of bearing housings is gray or ductile cast iron,housings can also be made of pressed steel,stainless steel,or engineering plastics for special purposes.
